Refund Policy

General policy

Payments for pocketPG are generally non-refundable once billed, except where refunds are required by law or where we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.

Billing issues

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible with the billing details so we can review the issue.

Subscription changes

If pocketPG offers recurring subscriptions, cancellation will stop future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for amounts already paid for the current billing period.

If you need help with a billing dispute or accidental charge, email us and we will review it case by case.
