Use of the service
You may use pocketPG only for lawful purposes and only for systems and data that you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the database credentials, permissions, and queries you provide.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity that occurs under it. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly.
Service scope
pocketPG provides PostgreSQL monitoring, diagnostics, analysis, and recommendations. The service may change over time, and some features may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice.
pocketPG provides guidance, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations and deciding whether to apply them in your environment.
Availability and acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to harm other systems. We may suspend or terminate access that creates security, abuse, or legal risk.
No warranty
pocketPG is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pocketPG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of pocketPG after an update means you accept the revised terms.
